[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director for cervical cancer screening to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- The Medical Director’s responsibilities include:
- Approximately one hundred and ten (110) hours of service to fulfill the Contract.
- Chart review for screening and diagnostic decisions;
- Physician and Contractor education;
- Medical protocol design;
- Physician education and discipline decisions;
- Technology Advisory decisions;
- Staff education; and
- Medical advisory board participation
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
