[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary medical staffing services for the public health clinics and laboratory to the government authority located in Long Beach, CA.
- To assist the clinical services division and laboratory services division with temporary medical staff, which includes but is not limited to the following positions: physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, registered nurse, laboratory director, laboratory assistant, and microbiologist.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 2,2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
