[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide contracted substitute employee services to maintains the data of all substitutes, maintains data of substitutes who have been removed from specific schools and substitutes who have been made ineligible for employment by school district, vendor pays substitutes in accordance to their agreed upon pay and conforms to all federal and state requirements for the compensation of employees, vendor follows a process to manage security identification of substitutes arriving to a school district campus, vendor follows the school district process for investigating and managing concerns emerging from allegations of substitute misconduct and incidents, vendor is responsible for worker’s compensation reporting when necessary, vendor will implement an automated timekeeping system in which substitutes enter their time worked, vendor utilizes an automated scheduling system to manage the substitute scheduling for coverage and payroll purposes, vendor generates invoice based on approved time worked by the substitutes to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 05, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
