Government Authority located in Buffalo, New York; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for employment and training services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employment and training services that will address barriers to employment for temporary assistance recipients to the government authority located in Buffalo, NY.
- These services may include but are not limited to:
- work experience;
- education (HSE and ESL) and job skills training;
- vocational training;
- job readiness training;
- supervised job search;
- job development;
- financial literacy;
- job placement and retention services;
- case management;
- monitoring and support for compliance with treatment plans for individuals with substance abuse and medical (physical and psychological) disorders who have the potential for restoration to self-sufficiency; and
- other employment related activities.
- To engage Temporary Assistance recipients in work activities for the required number of hours, as per federal work participation requirements.
- To address barriers or potential barriers to employment experienced by the participant.
- To enhance the participant’s work skills and soft skills by providing individualized help to acquire the skills and education that will improve their employability.
- To assist participants in obtaining available and appropriate supportive services.
- To transition participants who demonstrate job proficiency and job retention skills into positions with private and public sector employers.
- To assist participants in obtaining available work supports to retain employment.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 29, 2019.
(3) An informational meeting will be held on April 1, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
