Vendor needs to provide contact call center assistance services is looking for temporary employees (maximum of two) to augment current staffing levels till the end of June, employees are required to assist the call center in meeting service level goals while ongoing cross-training and new technology are introduced to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.
- The responding vendor will provide the following services screening of potential applicants, schedule interviews with PW D call center managers and communicate with P WD call managers on candidate selection and optimal placement.

Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
