[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Personnel Hiring Process Study Services to the hiring process and interview various personnel to understand the Talent Acquisition’s processes for hiring new employees
A. Determine if there are areas where the hiring process could be streamlined (shortened), such as, by eliminating any steps like duplicative approvals or inefficient sequencing of steps, more efficient, applicant friendly, and more transparent to the hiring department.
B. Evaluate whether the personnel hiring process is adequately timely and operating effectively.
C. Determine whether the compensation determination and administration processes are reasonable and effective to accomplish a speedy hiring process.
D. Determine can the applicant experience be improved
- Compensation Determination
- current hiring process against a best practices benchmark’s hiring process, highlighting areas that could be used to make improvement to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.
- This is a Metro SBE Prime Set-Aside Solicitation Only
(2) A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on March 27, 2019.
(3) All Question must be submitted no later than April 3, 2019.
