[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student support staff services for individuals who assist building staff in monitoring students in various capacities including hall monitor, time-out monitor and in school suspension/redirection monitor to the government authority located in Wilmington, DE.
- Work directly with the district and the schools to ensure that purposeful, quality program and
supervision is maintained in each area of assigned responsibility.
- Staff should exhibit the personal ability, skills and disposition to perform short term intervention with students.
- Assist in monitoring responsibilities in the areas of the school as requested by each building administrator.
- Weekly monitoring and supervision of their hired Staff.
- Working with building administration, the vendor will ensure that the staff who is hired to monitor in each school are meeting the expectations to perform the duties of the job.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
