[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary fiscal compliance assistant services, position will be responsible for verifying and reconciling financial reimbursement requests from sub-grantees to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
- Fiscal compliance assistant to be responsible for:
● Maintaining a chart of monthly accounts for sub-grantees.
● Tracking sub-grantee drawdowns.
● Securing and reviewing all expenditure reports.
● Submitting monthly invoices for processing.
● Providing weekly updates to the Section Chief and Branch Director.
● Program budget, adequacy of resources, and fiscal monitoring.
● Program compliance with federal and state fiscal requirements
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 06, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
