[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Standards of Cover and Staffing Utilization Study Services to full-service fire department providing, fire, medical, patient transportation and other emergency response services
- To conduct a study to assess whether existing facilities, apparatus, and equipment are adequate to provide the highest level of service in line with generally accepted standards and benchmarks for safety used by comparable fire departments
- Prepare calculations for the arrival of the first-due engine, ambulance, ladder, and command officer that would normally be the first unit of that type
- Existing Fire Department facility and apparatus capacity to meet the current and future needs
- Consider and depict the impact of response from units and staffing from automatic aid jurisdictions
- Suggest reductions or increases in emergency response units or emergency response unit types to optimize emergency response. to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 11, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
