[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide temporary administrative services to complete a state mandated program to the government authority located in Oakland, CA.
- Thoroughly review electronic versions of scanned historical, hand‐written documents of varying formats and clarity to extract key data elements;
- Possess critical thinking skills;
- Able to decipher information;
- Maintain superb attention to detail;
- Complete 8 hours of work per day;
- Follow established procedures concerning lunch (30 minutes) and break periods (two 15 minute breaks);
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Sit for long periods of time while working in a quiet office environment;
- Complete repetitive tasks with 99% accuracy;
- Maintain an average of one record reviewed per two minutes;
- Able to read maps online;
- Learn assigned tasks, including preparing documents to be scanned and scanning documents;
- Follow both oral and written instructions;
- Learn the policies and procedures pertaining to the work;
- Express self clearly and concisely
- Deal tactfully and effectively with the public and fellow coworkers;
- Work under limited supervision;
- Maintain attention to detail;
- Prepare reports and records according to established format;
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others;
- Learn the operation of a variety of standard office equipment.
- Report to work on time and engage in job‐related tasks for the duration of the assigned shift unless given prior approval by supervisor. Unscheduled absences should be reported to the district as soon as possible and may be subject to review.
