[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide supervisory and management development, coaching, mentoring, organizational behaviour, and adult learning to the government authority located in Chesapeake, VA.
- The core functional areas of the supervisory management training are:
1. Supervisor and manager training must be easily accessible for a diverse and decentralized workforce, yet measurable in participation and effectiveness.
2. Identify key performance indicators and targeted outcomes that will be used to measure training effectiveness and time intervals for measurement of such indicators and outcomes.
- Provide multi-modal middle management and front-line supervisor and manager training, compliance training (e.g. equal employment opportunity, workplace violence prevention, diversity); soft skills training (e.g. coaching, motivating others, communication; mentoring); and employee development training on an as needed need basis (e.g. problem solving, time management, project planning, teamwork, communication, effective business writing skills).
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2018.
(3) Contract term will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
