[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing and consulting services for IT Services to the government authority located in Athens, OH.
- Hiring staff augmentation and IT consultants on a time and materials basis to augment our internal resources in order to meet the staffing demands for various projects.
- The current technical environment includes:
• PeopleSoft campus solutions
• Oracle e-business suite
• Workforce EmpCenter time and attendance
• Oracle business intelligence enterprise edition  
• Oracle database enterprise edition with tuning, diagnostics, advanced security, and a few databases using active data guard and partitioning
• Microsoft SQL server enterprise 2008R2, 2012, 2014, 2016 (future)
• Application development and integrations
• Hyland OnBase enterprise document and content management v16.0.1.51
• A best of breed infrastructure environment consisting of juniper networks (wired), Aruba networks (wireless), pure storage, and a heavily virtualized server environment running on cisco UCS or dell servers and VMware with NSX, VSAN
• IBM Security identity management and IBM security access management
• Cisco VoIP environment
• Blackboard transact and
• Blackboard learn
