Government Authority located in Texas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Temporary Security Guard Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Temporary Security Guard Services to
- Security will monitor traffic in and out of the Zachry Engineering Education Complex and adjacent parking areas on the campus
- Security will conduct foot patrols of the facility looking for suspicious persons or activity.
- Security will contact the University Police Department to investigate suspicious persons or activity.
- Security staff conduct security inspection of prescribed interior doors (requested by client) and conduct inspection of outside entry/exit doors ensuring they are secure, check for damage or unauthorized access.
- Conduct routine foot patrol in the building, alerting staff of emergencies.
- Security staff shall be available to provide escorts to staff or students to their nearby vehicles during late night hours.
- Security Service is to be provided from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM – Seven days per week. Anticipated start date is September 1, or as soon as an award can be completed to the government authority located Texas.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
