[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary and relief registered dietitian services on an as-needed basis including to assist the medical staff at state hospitals in providing the highest quality of medical care reasonable and consistent with available resources and to assure that appropriate clinical evaluations and documentation meet the requirements and standards to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 23, 2018.
(3) Notice of Intent to will be held on August 31, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
