Government Authority located in Virginia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fraud and ethics hotline reporting services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24X7X365 fraud and ethics hotline reporting services shall provide a dedicated toll-free hotline and internet-based reporting system on a 24/7 basis to receive complaints regarding alleged corruption, fraud, waste and abuse or other wrongdoing.
Telephone Calls includes:
a. Calls to the hotline must be answered by personnel trained to ask the customized interview
questions needed to capture sufficient, specific information to investigate the complaint.
b. Calls must be answered live 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
c. The selected Contractor shall provide the capacity to answer multiple calls simultaneously, the
capacity to record messages and complaints, and identification of the originating telephone
number of the caller (caller ID).
d. Any recorded voicemail messages left by complainants must be answered within 15 minutes of
the posting of the message.
e. The anonymity of hotline callers must be protected.
f. Every call shall be recorded.
g. The fraud and ethics hotline number will be unique to the Airports Authority and the number will
be transferred to the Airports Authority after termination of service.
- Anonymous Website- secure website where anonymous reports can be filed
a. Reports must be read and acted upon by personnel trained to handle hotline complaints.
b. Reports must be read and routed according to Contractor’s established protocol within 30
minutes of the posting of the message.
c. The anonymity of complainants must be protected
- Staffing - shall provide employees who are professional, knowledgeable and courteous
in the receipt of all calls. Staff receiving calls shall have investigative interviewing experience
- Promotional Materials - provide artwork for a 22x28 promotional poster (2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 07, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
