Vendor needs to provide security services for
• Insubordination of employees, absenteeism, poor performance, tardiness, etc. Contractor
will also describe how it will deal with unexpected absences of security personnel caused
by illness, failure to appear for work, etc to ensure the full staffing of the screening function
each day.
• A copy of your training plan or schedule for unarmed security guards.
• A visual depiction of uniforms including any over coats or jackets.
• A copy of incident logs to be provided to the County of Santa Barbara. These logs should
include but not be limited to vandalism, open windows, any contact with Law Enforcement,
etc. to the government authority located in Santa Barbara, CA.
