[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile MRI equipment and staffing services for department of diagnostic imaging valley medical centre will be to assist with the MRI exam backlog by providing one mobile MRI coach, as well as technical and administrative personnel, to perform diagnostic quality and non-contrast MRI exams to the government located in Santa Clara, CA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
