Government Authority located in Anchorage, Alaska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for staffing analysis services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide staffing analysis services including
• Analysis and recommendation of each home’s organizational structure and staffing matrix, taking into
consideration the unique needs of each home;
• Evaluation and recommendations of staff ratios for nursing and direct care staff for each level of service
and/or specialized neighborhoods;
• Evaluation of the current levels of service, and recommendations based on anticipated needs, staffing
capacity, and functionality of homes;
• Analysis of overall job positions with recommendations to improve efficiencies;
• Identification of necessary staffing levels to include additional capacity within the homes to provide
dementia care; and
• Cost analysis of all recommendations to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 2, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
